The KW house, located in a native preservation forest, emphasizes a seamless connection with nature, designed with sustainable features for year-round comfort across seasons.
The first floor is a glass aquarium-style open floor plan, incorporating thermal insulation and natural cross ventilation through strategically placed folding windows and stairs.
In summer, the house transforms into an open barbecue area, utilizing folding windows to enhance outdoor connectivity, while winter operation centers around hermetic comfort with cozy wood stoves.
The second floor is structured into apartments with private baths and stair access, optimizing space for family or guests while maintaining the home’s natural harmony.
