But when you look online, you see people are coming here from all over. They drive for miles to make videos of the house and trace Jeff's steps in Memphis."
As for the two developers' plans, they hope to revive the property and fill the house's interior with period-appropriate furniture, citing November as a target date for taking the listing live. While they acknowledge the profit incentive, they emphasize that they hope the project can be a "tribute" to Buckley and the lasting impact of his art.
