"The marquee attraction of Town Square and Cotino Bay is the Artisan Club, a private country club-style facility with dining, activities and private beach access," highlighting the exclusive amenities set to attract residents.
"The character touches will be a surprise," Young explained, noting that while there will be Disney nods in the designs, they will not feature recognizable characters.
Cotino is designed to prioritize the area's natural landscape, using architectural shapes that engage with the views of the mountains and the lagoon, emphasizing the beauty of its location.
