Weeks of construction have transformed the area into a busy hub, with cranes and workers dominating the scene, showcasing the rapid progress on the high-rise.
Designed by S. Wieder Architect PC, the new building features a striking facade of alternating orange and gray brick, with a commercial ground floor planned.
