The City's New Bathroom Map Is Actually Pretty Handy
Briefly

Adams announced an initiative for the city to install 46 new restrooms and renovate 36 existing restrooms. A new Google Maps layer will help people find public bathrooms in the city.
The Google Maps layer, an upgrade of the Got2Go bathroom map, includes MTA bathrooms, privately owned public spaces, and shows areas like Soho, Upper East Side, and Chelsea as 'bathroom deserts.'
Currently, there are only 1,000 bathrooms for over 8 million people in NYC. A City Council bill aims to create or open 3,100 more bathrooms, but Adams is not familiar with it yet.
