The Greenwich Village restaurant Savta is replacing sandwich bread with pizza dough for lunch, offering unique options like 'Parma Affair' and 'Caprese' sandwiches.
In addition to pizza dough sandwiches, Savta serves traditional and modern pizzas, with dough fermented for 3-4 days, according to owner Vincent Benoliel.
