One of NYC's best burger spots is doing a Catskills residency
Briefly

Virginia's signature burger, featuring locally sourced beef patty, Cabot cheddar, onion marmalade, bone marrow aioli, is available for a summer residency at Scribner's Catskill Lodge's Prospect restaurant.
Priced at $25, the burger is available for dinner on specific days and times, distinct from Prospect's lunchtime double-patty smashburger also on offer at the restaurant.
Virginia's burger originally opened in 2015, returned to the NYC dining scene in 2021 after a temporary closure, delighting burger enthusiasts with its comeback.
Owner Reed Adelson's decision to close Virginia's in 2021 had worried burger fans, but the reopening at a new location in 2021 brought back the beloved cheddar-topped burger.
