"This new menu rollout is us going back to our ethos as a restaurant group of focusing on classic comforting foods with a modern twist," said Alexia Peters, a spokesperson for the chain.
"We thought let's bring back that nostalgia by covering it in Doritos. It's really crunchy," she said.
One of the most creative new dishes is the Pastrami Quesadilla with pastrami, cheese, sauerkraut, chipotle sauce, and housemade pickles, tapping into the memory of enjoying a pastrami sandwich.
"It tastes like a s'more, but not sweet," said Peters about the bourbon infused Campfire drink made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon and roasted marshmallow.
