Broadway company of Sufjan Stevens' Illinoise received four Tony nominations, including Best Musical, Best Choreography, Best Orchestrations, and Best Lighting Design.
Adapted from Stevens' 2005 concept album, Illinoise features music and lyrics by Stevens, choreography by Justin Peck, and a story by Peck and Jackie Sibblies Drury.
