I had heard a recording of Glenn Miller's 'In the Mood' during a car journey at the age of 3... I think that was quite a surprise... I've never had the desire to do anything else.
A year after I started playing the trumpet my parents found a way to give me the opportunity to play with the Glenn Miller Orchestra (UK)... I also got the opportunity through the music festival in Chipping Campden to have a little lesson and a chat with Alison Balsom.
