Remains of man who died after Dublin attack should be cremated and ashes split between parents, judge rules

A legal dispute has arisen over the remains of Josip Strok, a Croatian man who suffered severe head injuries and died after an assault last March.

The judge ruled that Strok's ashes should be divided between his father, who initiated the legal action amidst disagreements with the mother over the remains.
