Charley Crockett Shares Song From New Album Dollar a Day
Briefly

Charley Crockett announced the release of his new album, Dollar a Day, set for August 8 via Island Records. This album, which includes the single "Crucified Son," is part of The Sagebrush Trilogy, alongside his earlier release Lonesome Drifter. Co-produced with Shooter Jennings, the album was recorded at Sunset Sound Studio 3 in Hollywood. Crockett expressed a strong partnership with Jennings, emphasizing the trust and comfort he feels in the studio. In September, he will start a tour with Leon Bridges, with summer shows also scheduled.
"With Shooter, I've never felt more like myself in the studio. I don't feel judged. At all. It's truly a partnership. Hell, I'd say he's my best friend, and you can't aspire to greatness without that kind of trust."
The 15-track Dollar a Day is Crockett's second album of 2025, following March's Lonesome Drifter. According to a press release, the albums are part of a trilogy called The Sagebrush Trilogy.
