Martyn Ware expressed outrage over Rockstar Games' $7,500 offer for his band's song "Temptation" to be included in Grand Theft Auto VI, calling it a "pathetic" amount.
He indicated that the offer would effectively buy out future royalties from the game permanently, asserting that the exposure Jam from the property should warrant a significantly higher payment.
Despite this, he stated how he was at first excited about the financial prospects, only to be met with disappointment when he saw the offer.
Ware later noted that he attempted to negotiate a better deal through his publisher but was met with refusal from Rockstar's team.
