The Ace 3 Pro will likely be the first device featuring the new cell boasting 763 Wh/L, a 23% improvement over current Li-Ion cells. The OnePlus Open had a 4,805 mAh battery, performing well in battery life tests.
A competitive scenario is foreseen with the Open 2, vivo X Fold3 Pro, and Honor Magic V3 packing Si/Co batteries of 6,000 mAh, 5,700 mAh, and 5,150 mAh capacities, respectively, as battery technology advances.
