Lenovo China and Motorola US have confirmed the upcoming launch of the next generation Motorola Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra foldable phones on June 25, 2024, featuring multiple color options and improved specifications like larger displays, new processors, and better cameras.
The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra is anticipated to have a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, 50MP main + 50MP 2x telephoto cameras, and a larger battery capacity of 4,000mAh, whereas the Razr 50 may come with a Dimensity 7300X chipset, 50MP main sensor, and 13MP secondary module, both maintaining a similar battery size of 4,200mAh.
Leaked images indicate that the Razr 50 Ultra will feature a 6.9" FHD+ main display and 3.6" cover display, while the Razr 50 will have a 6.9'' FHD+ main panel and a larger 3.63'' cover display compared to its predecessor. The pricing for the new models is expected to be around $700 for the Moto Razr 50 and €1,200 for the Razr 50 Ultra, matching the previous Razr series launch prices.
