Amazon confirms 3nm chipset, new bio sensor for the Galaxy Watch7
Briefly

The Amazon page confirms perhaps the most exciting aspect of the new series - the first 3nm chipset. The tentatively named Exynos W1000 should represent a major upgrade in performance and efficiency over the 5nm W930 used in the current Watch6 series.
The other exciting upgrade is the second generation BioActive sensor, which will provide "more accurate measures with [sic] your heart rate during exercise and sleep" per the short description. However, that should be only a small part of it, e.g. the Watch6 BioActive sensor measures body composition, basal metabolic rate and so on.
