Sonos' $999 Arc Ultra is a bass powerhouse in a (relatively) small package

Sonos today announced the launch of two new products, the Arc Ultra soundbar and Sub 4 subwoofer, shortly after delays to address software issues.

The Arc Ultra is the first soundbar from Sonos to integrate new Sound Motion technology, allowing for a significant size reduction of transducers without compromising bass output.

With 14 drivers, the Arc Ultra provides 9.1.4 spatial audio and features like Speech Enhancement, HDMI eARC, and Trueplay tuning, now available on Android.

Sub 4 is marketed as Sonos' most advanced subwoofer yet, offering enhanced processing power, RAM, and a reduction in idle power consumption by almost 50 percent.
