The marketing employee #1 will own product narrative, translate technical capabilities into positioning, lead strategic product launches, and enable product-led growth with sales support. Responsibilities include go-to-market strategy, demand generation with founders, sales and product enablement materials, collaboration with engineering to produce content, and continuous testing of messaging. Required experience includes 3–5 years in startup marketing, proven positioning work, rapid iteration ability, and Berlin overlap.
