Figures just released by the Electoral Commission indicate that almost 9 percent of National Party's total expenditure went to Topham Guerin, with a substantial amount used for production and support of ads on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Search.
A party official confirmed costs for the production of videos posted on TikTok were included in this. Co-founder Sean Topham highlighted the success of TikTok videos, which reached 17 million people leading up to the election.
