A judge has approved Leo Pustilnikov's purchase of 17 Skid Row buildings for $10 million to provide housing for formerly homeless residents in Los Angeles.
Pustilnikov will pay $19 million for the portfolio and receive $9 million back for renovations, partnering with Hope for an Affordable LA to oversee social services.
