The Junes Fire started just after 3 p.m. along Four Junes Way and Palermo Honcut Highway, 5 miles south of Palermo, according to Butte County Fire officials.
Mandatory evacuations were issued in Butte zones 907-A, 906, and 905, while voluntary evacuations were issued in zones 922, 924, and 925.
