Gardaí seized approximately 75kg of suspected herbal cannabis in north Dublin. A male in his 30s was arrested by gardaí and is currently detained in a Garda station in Dublin. The seizure formed part of an operation involving the Revenue Customs Service and the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau. Investigations are underway following the arrest. Three joint operations were conducted by the Revenue Customs Service and An Garda Síochána on Friday. Those operations resulted in the seizure of controlled drugs valued at approximately €2.75m.
