A 17-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of 20-year-old Jesse Lloyd-Smith in Peckham, who was shot in an alleyway near his home.
The victim was shot by a gunman in East Surrey Grove, sustaining fatal injuries to his head and arms, leading to his death the next day.
The defendant, appearing in court via video link, had a plea hearing set for October 22 and a trial scheduled for up to three weeks starting from May 6.
The teenager accused of the fatal shooting was remanded in custody following the court appearance.
