You can now hire out disused tube stations for parties and private events
Briefly

TfL is offering the chance to hire out tube stations, river piers, and cable cars for exclusive events, accommodating up to 300 guests with unique spaces like closed ticket halls and disused platforms.
Venues offered for hire include unique locations across the TfL network like the closed ticket halls at Aldwych, disused Jubilee line platforms at Charing Cross, or river piers like Westminster Pier.
Despite the exciting opportunity, the spaces will be offered as 'dry hire', potentially requiring additional licenses for serving alcohol to cater to a variety of functions.
Julie Dixon, Head of Customer Information, Design & Partnerships at TfL, highlights the appeal of these iconic and historically significant spaces for hosting events, appealing to transport enthusiasts and those seeking unconventional event locations.
