Violent crime is becoming a much bigger anxiety for my constituents. That has to do with falling numbers of police officers on the streets and not being able to get hold of them. The Government and the Mayor of London cannot stand by and let this happen.
The safety of women and girls is an absolute priority for the mayor and TfL.
