Amie Gray, a 34-year-old personal trainer, died at the scene on Durley Chine Beach in Bournemouth on 24 May.
Her wife Sian described her as 'the most loving wife and mother' who had a 'giggly laugh and big smile'.
Her mother Sharon Macklin said she was 'amazing, funny and kind'.
Leanne Miles, 38, was taken to hospital with serious stab wounds. Ms Miles was discharged from the hospital last Thursday, police said.
