Witnesses reported that the toddler's mother was frantically pleading with the driver to stop, but tragically, the car did not halt and the boy was struck.
Despite immediate medical attention from paramedics and trauma teams, the two-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene, highlighting the critical nature of the incident.
