Cllr Gerry O'Sullivan stated, "It has been another great year for entries to this brilliant competition, which continues to demonstrate the creativity of Havering gardeners."
According to Havering Council, the quality of entries for 2024 "made judging each category even more difficult than in previous years," reflecting the community's gardening passion.
The 2024 annual Havering In Bloom competition featured over 60 entries, with six categories including best back garden and tallest sunflower awarded to Eric Willson.
Engayne Primary School was recognized for having the best school display, highlighting the involvement of local educational institutions in promoting gardening.
