A second man, Swayf Amana, 26, has been charged with the murder of 23-year-old Haseeb Bhatti in Dagenham, following the tragic incident in Rothwell Gardens and Flamstead Road.
Frankie Burletson, 24, of Dagenham, along with three other arrested and bailed men, were linked to the investigation surrounding the murder of Haseeb Bhatti.
