A second man, Umair Rafiq, 35, of no fixed address, has been charged with the murder of Jack Hague, 38, who was fatally stabbed in Bethnal Green on May 5.
Mohammed Ikram Uddin, 24, was previously charged with Mr. Hague's murder and will appear at the Old Bailey. Police responded to a fight where Mr. Hague suffered a fatal stab wound.
