The NCA investigation found that Marcus received and transferred funds from charities to personal and overseas accounts without a legitimate explanation.
Marcus agreed to return over 2m to the charities after freezing orders were placed on his accounts due to suspicions of illegal activity.
Dalaid and the Schwarzschild Foundation are under investigation as they were unaware that the funds had not been distributed by Rabbi Marcus.
