An application for a change of control is a lengthy process and no decision has been made at this stage. As well as undertaking comprehensive due diligence, we will communicate directly with patients throughout this process, including providing opportunities for people to learn more and share their views.
There will be no change to how we deliver primary care. Patients will continue to be seen by the same practice teams and access care in the same way.
