I urge them to come forward and share that information.
Detectives believe that Jazmel was shot on the Westbury Estate in St Rule Street. His family are being supported by specially trained officers...His death was confirmed by a post-mortem examination on May 12 and it was determined the fatal injury was from a single gunshot wound.
