Man taken to hospital after incident near woodland in Chislehurst

A man has been taken to hospital after an incident near a woodland in Chislehurst. Concerns for the welfare of a man were raised in Orpington Road near Marlings Park Avenue just after 3.30 pm yesterday (May 23).
The man was treated at the scene before being taken to the hospital where he remains. A spokesperson London Ambulance Service said: We were called at 3.33 pm on Thursday, 23 May to reports of an incident at the junction of Marlings Park Avenue and Orpington Road, Chislehurst.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: Police were called at about 3.49 pm on Thursday, 23 May, following concerns for the welfare of a man on Orpington Road, BR7. Emergency services attended.
