Emergency services were called to the junction of Oxlow Lane and Frizlands Lane, Dagenham, at around 7.30pm on Tuesday (September 17), after reports of an assault.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 7.37pm on Tuesday 17 September to reports of an assault at the junction of Oxlow Lane and Frizlands Lane, Dagenham. We sent an ambulance crew to the scene and treated a man before taking him to hospital."
