A large police cordon has been put in place after a triple stabbing during a fight in Woolwich. Three males were found injured by police in Thomas Street at around 6.25pm today (May 31). They were all taken to hospital for treatment where their conditions are currently unknown.
A Section 60 has now been put in place in the SE18 area until 9.37am tomorrow (June 1). This means police can stop and search anyone within the area without needing to have reasonable grounds. Thomas Street can be seen cordoned off as the incident is being investigated.
Police were called at around 1825hrs on Friday, 31 May, to a fight in Thomas Street, Woolwich. Officers attended the location and found three males suffering stab injuries. All have been taken to hospital; officers await an assessment of their conditions.
