Hackney Council has announced that Kings Hall Leisure Centre will close for three years starting next autumn due to essential refurbishment needs as it has faced multiple closures.
The investment for the refurbishment will come from capital funding, not affecting day-to-day services, and aims to revamp the grade-II listed facility with new amenities.
