A moped rider died in Sutton after a crash with a police car. Police are investigating, and the incident has been referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC).
The police car involved was not responding to an emergency call, and the incident was not a pursuit. The officers in the car sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital.
