From 11.45pm until the end of service, accessible buses will replace trains between Lewisham and Dartford via Sidcup. The 12.20am London Cannon Street to Tunbridge Wells service will be replaced by an accessible bus between Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells.
The 12.10am and 12.40am London Victoria to Gillingham services will now depart at 12.12am and 12.42am, being diverted and run non-stop between London Victoria and Rochester. Additional trains will connect with accessible buses running between Swanley and Gillingham, calling at all stations except Sole Street.
