When Jurgen Klopp departs Liverpool in the summer, he won't wait a whole season to resume his career—at least not off the field. The German manager said last month that the 2023-24 season will be his final one at Anfield, citing a want to take a break from the game and mental exhaustion. Rather, the 56-year-old will work on a significant family project that will require him to get his hands dirty.
Two new residences are being built by Klopp according to The Express. One is in Wiesbaden, his home town, which is close to Mainz and is where he began his management career. Having previously disclosed that his favorite vacation spot is the Balearic Island, Klopp is also building a property in Mallorca.
