The Supreme Court ruled that yes we can...But a lower court said no we can't. The Supreme Court is supposed to be supreme court of the land. Something ain't right.
I'm on my way to his office right now...Many police departments said they would be paying close attention to how the panel ruled before they unveil their plans.
