Sam Alito is not having as much fun taking a jackhammer to the Constitution as he thought he would. He's using the federal record to whine about how he shouldn't have to follow ANY ethical obligations, watching his boss Chief Justice Roberts decline to cancel democratic elections, and leaking that opinion didn't really work out for him... whoever did that!
Here's a slice of the oral argument flagged by Courthouse News Service's Kelsey Reichmann: That disclaimer is traditionally attached to works of fiction that absolutely intend the resemblance. Doubtful that this is an exception.
