Rashida Jones buys 40-acre mountain spread in Ojai
Briefly

Set on 40 acres, the red-tile-roofed contemporary was built in 1996 as architect Thornton Ladd's personal residence.
The kitchen floor tile matches that used at Pasadena's Norton Simon Museum, which Ladd helped design. The living room has a beamed ceiling, a fireplace and built-in bookshelves.
