The developments include sites at 4339 Berryman Avenue, 4367 Berryman Avenue in Mar Vista, 8833 Reading Avenue in Westchester, and 626 Wilton Place in East Hollywood. Three projects are set to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year, while the East Hollywood property is expected to be finished by the first quarter of 2025.
Grandview Partners secured loans from East West Bank for the developments, with $21.9 million for 4339 Berryman Avenue and $17.8 million for 4367 Berryman Avenue. The property at 632 Wilton Place was bought for $6.6 million in 2022.
