Sources: Hurley spurns Lakers, stays at UConn
Briefly

Dan Hurley turned down the Los Angeles Lakers' six-year, $70 million offer to chase a third straight national title at UConn, sources said.
He had an offer from UConn to become one of highest-paid NCAA coaches before engaging with the Lakers.
The Lakers will continue their search for a new head coach, possibly interviewing James Borrego and JJ Redick.
Hurley was impressed by the Lakers' pitch but chose to stay at UConn where he has built a successful program.
