Letters to Sports: Caitlin Clark is to the WNBA what Tiger Woods was to golf
Briefly

Whoever dons the purple and gold on the floor at any time in franchise history IS A LAKER. The late Kobe Bryant even welcomed LeBron to the family. This sounds like sour grapes from a fan upset about the Lakers being out this year.
It takes a team to win in the NBA, not just one player. Should the value of the most recent Lakers title be lessened due to a 'non-true Laker' like LeBron? Michael Jordan was a 'true' Wizard; why can't any NBA player be a 'true' member of a team?
The Pacers focus on team dynamics, sharing the ball, and having confidence in each other. The Lakers, in contrast, tend to play two-man basketball with LeBron and AD dominating possession. This leads to a stagnant team unable to find a winning formula.
