Saturday's victory felt like a huge relief not only because the Lakers avoided a sweep for the second straight season, but they got over the mental hurdle by snapping an embarrassing 11-game losing streak to the defending champions.
Perhaps one of the biggest reasons why the Lakers survived in Game 4 is because they scored 72 of their 119 points in the paint. That's where the purple and gold are at their best.
