No team has gone back-to-back since the Yankees won three in a row from 1998 to 2000. It's impossible. That just means we're due for a repeat champion -- and this lineup can carry the Rangers to another title.
I'm less worried about Texas' pitching than most. Nathan Eovaldi, Jon Gray and Dane Dunning are good enough to keep the rotation afloat until Max Scherzer, Jacob deGrom and Tyler Mahle return later in the season.
