Ryan's path to Dodger Stadium is not clear. Coming back from shoulder injuries can be tricky and they take time to fully heal. It's unlikely he will make an appearance with the Dodgers in 2024, as he effectively has only four months to demonstrate that his performance and stamina can rebound from the time off.
If he can stay healthy and perform, Ryan could more likely impact the Dodgers as a reliever or a starter in 2025.
