Bad leadership is a social disease. I have been interested in the question of how bad - bad leadership, and I might add bad followership - have persisted.
We put up with bad leaderships, which is sometimes to say the obvious, extremely bad. Not just bad for the leaders themselves, not just bad for the followers, but bad for the organization. And more to the point, it is bad for society as a whole.
